Duma Works is recruiting for a Front Office candidate, for one of our clients.
The company is one of the leading bakeries in Kenya.
Job Duties
Interact with customers in a pleasant manner
Take orders from clients either through the phone, over the counter, on email or other form
Make sure that all the information of orders are properly taken i.e. Clients name, contacts, type of cake, size specific details etc
Maintain an up to date client base
Maintain a clean front shop and work on improving its ambience
Monitor the sale of each item that is made i.e. Have proper records of all orders and sales and cancelations.
Make sure that all sales are properly and immediately receipted. i.e. each customer to receive an ETR receipt of any goods sold
Follow up on sales that have been taken on credit. Failure to do so will mean recover of the same amount within a week from ones pay.
Increase sales through continually reminding clients through calling, sms, email or other media
Actively marketing to substantially increase sales
Wages will be paid on a percentage of overall monthly sales
